Version 4.0.4 Released

Today we have released Version 4.0.4

This release fixes a couple of minor bugs.

• Substituted PHP function html_decode_entities with an alternative because a bug in PHP V4.x
  
• Fixed footer in signup.php
• Fixed bug with "Campaign Store" link not appearing in certain circumstances
